Add "Description" attribute recognition for Enum parameters

Adding Enum parameters was really helpful and huge UX improvement but as you know there is no way to add space for an enum value so the workaround this issue is using "Description" attribute for enum values which is very common on WPF apps.

Please add this feature so we will be able to use the "Description" attribute for enum values.
