Move a chart within list of open charts dropdown

Currently when opening a new chart, to arrange it to a certain position in the tabs of open charts, it has to be manually dragged across to the first tab visible, then the tabs scrolled across until it is the last tab, and then repeated until the location the tab is wanted to be in is visible. I am suggesting this made more user friendly in some way, maybe by making the chart list in the "List Open Charts" dropdown rearrangeable, to overcome this cumbersome process of arranging charts tediously.
