Stop lost changed never trigged

Stop Lost changed, din't been trigged at time.

I Always put two half entries, one with a take profit and the second one only with a stop lost to let the position go with the trend. It's been the second time in two weeks where i found myself winnig the fist half after that I immidiatly change the stop lost at the second one to level 0. Even that, I just lost 28 pips.

Does anyone have the same probleme ??
