Simulate withdrawal in backtesting

Withdrawing money from an account is integral to any trading system. Withdrawal parameters in backtesting settings should be available, to simulate the amount to be withdrawn, and the period of withdrawal (eg every week;month) with another parameter to specify the recurrence of the withdrawal (eg every week/month, every second week/month).
