Drawing box need to place in the top aloong with cTrade/Links/Help or with hours bars

Currently, the drawing tab can move left or right or even in to. But when it moves on top, it takes seperate additional row instead of placing the drawing box along with the top bar Ctrader/Links/Help.

Also When I moved the drawing box to the left, it takes an additional column instead of placing along with the existing minutes/hours/indicators option bar.
