WHY THERE IS NO CUSTUMER SERVICE? NOBODY RESPOND

I am user of Ctrader with IC markets, and also I use a Ctrader from spotware to monitor Stocks but this last ctrader start 1 hour after the market opens!!!!! which is absolutely worthless!! why is that? and how can I fix that? even when I like the software these kind of things and the faulty updates really damage my opinion of ctrader and I would be wary to use this software with big money. please talk with the developers. I stopped recommending ctrader and I hope to be able to fix this "whopping 1 hour delay problem" (can not believe it). I have no problem with the others platforms MT4 MT5 TOS DAS .. why this pitfall in Ctrader?

..Also I wrote several times on Facebook, twiter, etc and I never had an answer I think it might be marketing counterproductive to have somebody asking for help with a trouble like this (1 whopping hour of delay)  and everybody can read it and know that things dont work like you publicize so I wonder why I still get no answer.  maybe too many people on developing and no that many people on backtesting and custumer service..
