Support for C# version 6.0 - 8.0

Now cAlgo supports C# 5.0. The current C# version is 8.0. At version 6.0, many features were added, so I want to write at least 6.0 or higher. C# 8.0 is the last version of .NET Framework. Is it difficult to support C# 8.0?
