Chart-trader tentative orders

Just in case you are looking for a useful and intuitive function to offer your chart-traders :)

Allow tentative entry and bracket order lines to be placed on the screen in an inactive state. Allow the trader to click-drag that tentative order set around with PA. Allow the trader to then click an "activate" or "submit" button on the order line which will then place the orders in the market.

Currently we can pre-set a simple TP and SL bracket on an entry order. But pre-setting that bracket using chart visuals, and adjusting the bracket as PA evolves, is much more simple and intuitive.
