Allow ATP based on % of position. And other ATP dreams...

Maybe this has been suggested, or is part of a larger (greatly desired) ATP functionality re-design...

- Please consider allowing ATP Take Profit levels to be set as a % of positon size, not just absolute volume.

[And I know I have asked before, but pleeeease allow ATP stretegies to be set and saved in advance, then I can select a strategy to use when entering a trade. Either 

a) apply an ATP strategy automatically when trade is opened, or

b) aply no ATP strategy, allow trader to select one once the trade is opened.

Finally, and I'm ok waiting a long time for this :)

- Allow ATP to use indicator levels, multiples of ATR, Fibs. etc.
