Same timeframes on web version as it's on desktop

Same timeframes on web version as it's on desktop

At the moment there is some inconsistency between web version and desktop versions of Ctrader in terms of timeframes.

Timeframes from 1h to 4h and 4h- 12h are missing. 

Also some ticks charts are missing. T13 for example, I was using it for my entries mainly.

It should be the same experience between web and desktop.
