cAlgo: Expand/Collapse Indicator List into categories

Expand/Collapse the Indicator List in cAlgo

This would be a nice feature to sort the indicators into different categories.

Same as in cTrader:

  • Trend
  • Oscillators
  • Volatility
  • Volume
  • Other
  • Custom

Or custom categories.
