Add a "Draw As Background" option for indicator and object.

In MT4, user can make indicators and objects be drawn as background so that the price candles get much more visible. I think it's a nice feature to have in cTrader.

And please add the transparent drawing feature to cAlgo API so we will be able to define the alpha % of each chart object alongside its color.
