Light-Algo mode?

Light-Algo mode?

Can we have a light-algo mode?

At the moment ctrader takes up a huge amount of memory to work, and it needs to be open and running for an algo to be run.


If an algo needs to be run-24-7 this means a continous slow-down on the machine. Is it possible to have a light-algo mode where the client is made a lot less lighter, less features. (Maybe even no features at all, just start stop for the algo (and current account balance/Open positions/Equity).

Dear cloesd,

Thanks for posting your suggestion on the forum. Currently, we do not have plans for a light cAlgo, On the contrary, we are working on improving the performance of cAlgo so that there is no need for a light version.
