Candlestick Pattern Recognition!

Hi guys,

How can i write an indicator that will recognize a very specific candle stick pattern..

Example: 4 bears in a row with the 4th closing taller than the third while tick volume on it is smaller.

Or: 4 bulls in a row / 4th is taller then the 3rd while tick volume on it is lower than on the 3rd.
