Looking for an indicator that colours bars based on previous bars range

Hi I am looking for an indicator that i have for mt4, called momentum bars. Simply it is used on a bar chart and colours a candle if it closes outside the range of the previous candle. Blue if it closes bullish, and red if it is bearish.
Attached is an image of what I am looking for. Thanks very much.
