I tried to create a code wiith ChatGPT. Auto scaling issue

I bring here 2 links to describe a problem that I really want to solve for a long time already

In the first link there is a thread on this forum to describe the problem I’m facing. Note the dates on the first and last post and be amazed that this hasn’t been solveld till now in 2023

In the second link is my attempt with ChatGPT to create a code that makes the y axis of the chart scale to be fixed by the choice of the user. Unfortunately none of the codes I’ve got has worked yet
