Suspension of downloaded indicators

Hello, who can solve this problem?  There is a suspended error in the indicators that I download and install, can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Hello, in fact, none of the indicators that I have downloaded through this site are active for me. They were working before but there seems to be something wrong with my system settings that I am not aware of.
