candle pattern coloring

Hello, I would like to know if anyone can help me create a candle color indicator with a three candle pattern as follows:
candle 1 - red
candle 2 - yellow
candle previous to candle 1 - blue

Rule 1 - Candle 1 has larger opening than closing
Rule 2 - Candle 2 has a minimum below candle 1 and before candle 1
Rule 3 - Candle 2 is closer than opening
Rule 4 - Candle 2 closes below candle 1
