Is cAlgo can get the current changes in Pips/Price/Ticks in Multi-TimeFrame & Symbol??

Is cAlgo can get the current changes in Pips/Price/Ticks in Multi-TimeFrame & Symbol??

I want to know if cAlgo can get the current changes in Pips/Price/Ticks. I don't want to get the closing price but to get the current price when it change in Multi-TimeFrame and Symbols.
