Fix API sample does not working after LogOn: INVALID DATA arrives

Copied from cTrader:

Host name: demo-uk-eqx-02.p.ctrader.com
(Current IP address 13.248.185.194 can be changed without notice)
Port: 5212 (SSL), 5202 (Plain text)
Password: ***** (a/c 4534590 password)
SenderCompID: demo.ctrader.4534590
TargetCompID: cServer
SenderSubID: TRADE

I found a bug. The initial password is not set for FIX API.

If you get same issue: change the FIX password and it will work.
