Partial fill behaviour on market order

Hello, i was not able to simulate this situation using FIX so i decided to start a thread. If my market order gets partially filled (39=1):

1.)  do i need to send another market order with LeavesQty or further execution to fill remaining quantity handled by server automatically ?

2.) if server handles, will positionID change and client receive another ExecutionReport ?
