B2Broker 58=Can't route request

I am experiencing with my FIX account on the server live-uk-eqx-01.p.ctrader.com.

I am currently unable to establish a connection to the server using my FIX account 1059554 for both the TRADE and QOUTE connections. Upon attempting to connect, I received the error message "58=RET_ACCOUNT_DISABLED", indicating that the account has been disabled by the server.

I would like to understand the reason behind this account disablement and how I can regain access to my FIX account for both connections. I have checked my credentials and they are correct.

I kindly request that you provide me with the specific reason for the account disablement and any steps I need to take to re-enable it for both connections. I would also appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide in resolving this issue.
