Data protection for the trades

The data agreement with brokers usually cover only the personal data, but not a word for the trades (real-time and history).
Is anything in you data-protection agreements that state that the trades must be handled as “private & confidential”?
Not to be used for any other reason (or exposed to third parties) without the explicit permission from the trader, but only to be used for the trading process?
Do you write in you agreements (if any) that it is illegal for a broker or your software house (which has access to the trades via the cTrader platform credentials that you issue) to copy-trade the trades of a client (trader)?
