Unable to Receive Market Feed in Session

I am currently experiencing an issue while attempting to connect to the cTrade market session in a live environment. Although I am successfully establishing a connection, I am encountering difficulties in fetching market data for specific contracts.
Presently, I am only receiving data for the contract (1007=EURUSD && 55=26). However, when attempting to retrieve prices for other contracts, such as (1007=NatGas && 55=11074), I am not receiving any market feed response from the exchange.

As of now, I am only able to retrieve data for the contract (1007=EURUSD && 55=26), and I am not receiving market feed responses for contracts, such as (1007=NatGas && 55=11074), where the value of 55 exceeds five digits.
