Can't route request

Hi All,

I know that a similar thread have already been posted where a password change solved the problem, but not in this case.

 

This is the outgoing message:

8=FIX.4.49=14935=A34=149=live.ctrader.***acc_number***52=20231024-16:11:47.83556=cServer50=APP_TRADE_SESSION57=TRADE98=0108=30141=Y553=***acc_number***554=**fix api password, not login password***10=238

 

This is the response:

8=FIX.4.49=12335=534=149=cServer50=QUOTE52=20231024-16:11:48.07056=live.ctrader.***acc_number***57=APP_QUOTE_SESSION58=Can't route request10=038

 

Does anyone have any idea what could be the issue?

Dear trader,

It seems like a bug of the desktop application. Please use SenderCompID=live.ananda.acc_number instead until it is resolved.
