58=ORDER_NOT_FOUND:Order with clientOrderId=id7654 not found

Kindly assist, I am able to place order using the FIX Protocol. But I kept getting message “58=ORDER_NOT_FOUND:Order with clientOrderId=id7654 not found” when i send message ‘Order Cancel Request’.
