Symbol for US500 does not exist
Symbol for US500 does not exist

I am trying to place an order for US500, this is the data I have about the symbol: {SymbolName:US500, Digits:2, PipPosition:1, SymbolID:10013, Description:USA S&P 500 Index}.
I am getting a business reject response:
{RefSeqNum:2 RefMsgType: BusinessRejectRefID:a39d7105-a2e3-402f-af94-ca6b61f7274e BusinessRejectReason:0 Text:Symbol(55) 10013 does not exist.}
The information I have for EURJPY works: {SymbolName:EURJPY, Digits:3, PipPosition:2, SymbolID:3, Description:Euro vs Japanese Yen}
So I'm wondering why it is saying that 10013 does not exist for US500, I have already checked the symbol information manually as well and it also says that it's FIX symbol is 10013

When I reached out to IC Markets I was referred to both here and

Only them can check such issues, they are just a bit lazy, you need to push them more :)

I get the issue on a demo account, "demo.ctrader.XXXXXXX", where would i check the broker for that?

There is no such symbol on Spotware demo accounts. The symbol id for US 500 is 21499

But on non demo accounts it would be 10013?
Would a security list request return 21499 if I sent the request on a demo account, if not how would I check whether the symbol differs between accounts?
