FIX configuration in CTrader with icmarkets & pepperstone

Hi,
I have used fixapi protocol for years on my icmarkets and pepperstone live and demo accounts but for a few days now it is no longer possible to connect both in ssl and in plain mode. The hostname has disappeared and only the ip address appears so i try to use it.
The error code "58" at logon is always the same:
Can't route request
Support icmarkets and pepperstone say it's a ctrader problem.

RE: No Hostname in Fix API Dialog.
I ran into the same issue. The way to resolve it is to use a reverse IP lookup (Nslookup.io for example) with the IP address to get the hostname. In this case 173.249.39.250 maps to
h18.p.ctrader.com
