Can't connect the server via FIX API

Always appears timeout error when I try to place the order via FIX API, try to connect with SSL 5211 andwithout SSL 5201both of the 2 methods are not work always timeout but can get the quotes from the server but can't get the balance of my account so weird!    Host name:h39.p.ctrader.com. SenderCompID:fibo.xxxxx other options default settings.BTW I got same error on every Ctrader broker last week!

Can you reproduce this behavior using our example application? If yes, can you please share the exact message you are sending and the exact time it was sent?
