Message Sequence Number Reset Error [35="4"]

Hello once again,

Im strugling to reset MsgSecNum. Im sending this message:

8=FIX.4.4|9=78|35=4|49=icmarkets.3540639|56=CSERVER|34=3|52=20190919-18:47:34.709|36=1|123=N|10=111

but it always ends up with this response:

8=FIX.4.4|9=150|35=3|34=3|49=CSERVER|50=QUOTE|52=20190919-18:47:34.861|56=icmarkets.3540639|45=4|58=Value is incorrect (out of range) for this tag|371=36|372=4|373=5|10=024

I've tried reordering tags and some variations with 36 and 123 tags, without any succes :/
