Cannot logon

Hello

I have real account with the Ctrader platform on Pepperstone brokerage.I am experienced fix api trader but cannot succeed to logon to the fix connection.All the ip and port information get from the Ctrader platform. And cannot get any response from fix server to my logon demand. The logon message which I send is attached to this email.
