When should the system send heartbeat(TRADE connection) message?

When should the system send heartbeat(TRADE connection) message?

Hey Guys :)

When should the system send heartbeat(TRADE connection) message?
Do I need constantly to send heartbeat(to TRADE connection) message every 30 seconds even when I'm active(open positions)?
Or just when I am in idle mode?

You should send heartbeats to maintain the communication active between a client and a server. Read more here.
