STOP ORDER [StopPx]

Hi,

I just would like to verify that we are using Stop Order commands correcty. 

We are placing Stop Orders using Tag 40=3 and the price we want is at the tag 99 (StopPx), correct ? 

Also looking at cTrader there is Filled and Submit price. If we got it correctly Submit contains the value we asked for and Filled the value the STOP ORDER got executed = trade opened, correct ?
