Market Data Snapshot/Full Refresh experiencing data loss
Market Data Snapshot/Full Refresh experiencing data loss

We have the following problem:
- connection is established
- we placed trades and need to monitor price in order to be able to decide what to do next
- from time to time we experience loss of data feed without any particular error or message
Could you please suggest where the issue could be or how to address it ?
Any advise is welcome!

Thanks for your reply. FYI, we have solved this issue by adjusting our infrasturucture as the problem was on our side as discovered.

Thanks for posting your issue in the forum. Do you mean that some data is missing or that the connection is interrupted? If the connection is interrupted, make sure that you are sending/receiving heartbeats to/from the server.
