Closing position by referencing PosMaintRptID with hedged account

Closing position by referencing PosMaintRptID with hedged account

Hello,

I have not been able to close existing positions by referencing PosMaintRptID with hedged account. Is there a way to do this or is this a feature planned for the next FIX updated?

Hi luke.poortinga,

In order to close a position in a hedging account, you need to create an order with the same volume and in the opposite direction referencing the position id in PosMaintRptID tag.
