I've tried both SSL and plain text, not getting any response from FIX server.

 

8=FIX.4.4 9=116 35=A 34=1 49=ctrader.3161800 52=20170508-16:18:38.454 56=cServer 57=TRADE 98=0 108=30 141=Y 553=3161800 554=xxxxxx 10=050

this is the FIX credentials

Host name: h6.p.ctrader.com
(Current IP address 103.53.199.214 can be changed without notice)
Port: 5212 (SSL), 5202 (Plain text)
Password: ***** (a/c 3161800 password)
SenderCompID: ctrader.3161800
TargetCompID: cServer
SenderSubID: TRADE

works good to me.

Can you double check that your password is correct?

Incorrect password is the only case I faced with dropping connection with no response

thanks for reply.. I didn't receive my demo trading account's password in the email and i was using the ctrader account password that's where it went wrong.

May I know how do I get the trading account's password for account no. 3161800?
