Performace for New Sigle Order

i want to know when i make new single order which is MsgType"D"  

how long will be take time "IN SERVER SIDE"??

 

I know if i use cTrader, performance will be 100 - 200ms for one order and extra 100-200ms for Stoploss or Takeprofit

when i use FIX performance will be same or better then cTrader??

(dont say about network latency, i asking about server performance)

LMAX said average performance is under 5ms / one order.

cTrader FIX can make this performance ?
