Cannot close my opened trade

Hi, I am suddenly not allowed to close my opened trade, lasting for longer than 24 hours now . Keep writtimg me about I am not allowed to trade with 2 lots positions, but I am just trying to close my trade. Than it writes me, i have to chagńge my filter settings. Cannot find any ..
