cant switch between my trading accounts

cant switch between my trading accounts

Cant switch between my trading accounts anymore. So before today I had 2 different trading accounts in pop-up menu, but now I dont see the second trading account. I checked Apline Funded - their dashboard shows that my account  4243041 is still active.  Also in https://id-ct.spotware.com/my/settings/accounts I see both of them. But not in Desctop version and WEB verstion CTrader.
