[Bug report 5][Incorrect post order in the "Latest posts" section]

Hi,

1. Context:

    1.1 At this link, the post by R0bot titled "[Bug report 4][Unnecessary Persistence of Microsoft Edge WebView2 Subprocesses in cTrader Desktop]" was published on 01 January 2025 at 22:51 and is displayed on the 4th row, which is correct.

    1.2 At this link, the reply by EDG777 regarding the “Error message: CT0002 while coding in VS Code” post was published earlier, on 01 January 2025 at 14:31 and is incorrectly displayed on the 4th row.

2. Problem:

    I noticed an issue with the way posts are displayed in the "Latest posts" link. 

    The order of posts / replies does not seem to follow a strict chronological logic.

    EDG777's reply appears higher in the "Latest posts" link than R0bot's post, which is inconsistent with chronological ordering.

3. Proposed solution:

    Posts and replies in the "Latest posts" link should be ordered strictly based on the timestamp of the last activity (post or reply).
