Advanced protection deleting itself

My biggest problem and it is new since the last 2 weeks, it has worked very well for over a year now.

A very important feature on Ctrader and that’s why I am using C trader. Is the advanced protection, I use partial profit taking on every trade.

Since the last 2 weeks, all the orders are deleting itself after a little while. I  have to go back reset all taking profit Avery couple of hours. It is impossible to work with this situation.
