Enable / disable the 3D effect for candlesticks?
28 Nov 2024, 08:32

Hello cTrader's Team,

Currently, I am using the web version of cTrader to take advantage of the Risk Reward tool. However, the candlesticks on the web version appear slightly blurry or have a 3D effect.

Would it be possible to add a feature to enable/disable the 3D effect for candlesticks? At the moment, the 3D depth effect makes it somewhat difficult for me to observe clearly and causes slight eye strain.

Thank you very much.

Hi there,

I do not see such an effect on my screen.

Can you share screenshots so that we can see what you are looking at?

Best regards,

Panagiotis

Hi Panagiotis,

Here you can see the outline of the candles like “ Emboss ” or “ Depth” or “ Extrued” around the Candles ( This is only on Web Platform )
