cTrader web NOT usable lately!!

I don't know what happened to cTrader web in the past couple weeks. Maybe it was some update? I have been using cTrader for almost 2 years, with hardly any problems. But these past 2-3 weeks the platform CONSTANTLY FREEZES. The only thing I can do is close the tab and open a new tab. It does not work to refresh the page, then it does not open at all. After opening a new tab, it freezes again after only 5-10 minutes! It has become UNUSABLE!! And cTrader is my main trading platform! I cannot use MetaTrader4. I also have cTrader desktop for Mac, but that platform layout is horrible, and seems to be no way for me to change things. So that is also not usable to me. cTrader web is the ONLY trading platform that I can use with my FXPro broker.
I hope someone can reply to me soon! I really need to get back to my trading NOW. Thank you!

I've seen that since last monday the performance is worse than before, also I've seen that there are some kind of memory leak or something like that because the memory used by the cTraderWeb is growing, have a look at these screen shots and the time, just in a couple of minutes.

Hello,
I have the same issues as the person that started this thread and have had them for a while now. Also, it is not possible to save my workspace. After refresh or re-start of chrome, the workspace changes back to the state before saving. cTrader also very often freezes after closing a position and I have to refresh the page. Last, the link for sending troubleshooting information and the video has nothing to do with today's cTrader web version.

This cannot be the problem. cTrader worked fine for me for 2 years. This problem started about a month ago.
Of course I restart my computer at least once a day. This problems happens all the time!
My setup exceeds the cTrader system requirements. So this is not the issue.
I cannot wait until the next cTrader release! I used this as my main trading platform… I trade every day!
Please tell me what can be done. If I am forced to use a different trading platform, then I will also need to change my trading account. This is crazy!

Hi there,
I have the same issue and I reported an issue like in your video a few days ago. There is a memory leak in the app where the consumed memory increases at a crazy pace. After 30mn my memory is at 2go and goes to 4,x go after 1 or 2 hours and then my tab freezes and I have to close and reopen my tab.
Please help!

I'm sorry I don't have another device to try this on. I only use my Mac desktop computer for trading. I also monitor trades and do some trades on my iPhone using the iPhone app. The problem does not occur on my iPhone, but that is a totally different platform. The issue is with the cTrader Web platform. This is what I need to use for most of my trading. This problem with constant freezing makes my trading almost impossible!

This is interesting to hear you say it is a problem with memory usage. I heard someone else mention that it could be that Firefox browser uses too much memory for this. I don't know if that is same problem I have, but it might be part of the problem. I did not have this problem for the past 2 years of using cTrader Web. This issue just started about a month ago. It seems many people are experiencing issues with the most recent update of cTrader Web. Maybe this could be causing this?? I wish they will check into this right away! I need to get back to my trading now!
