Web Platform not saving

HI

RE C Trader Web Platform

It keeps losing my charts that I had saved. It has been happening continuously in past 3 days. Already cleared cache. Already ensured saved properly. Keep reverting to very old charts. What to do.

This problem should have been resolved by now. Please restart your cTrader and in case you still experience problems, please send us some troubleshooting information quoting this thread.

Still not working 11:17(UTC+1), maybe a bit later it will work. By the way you can't report from the cTraderWeb, that video is using cTrader for windows.
