Missing open positions

I can't see my open positions in ctrader but if I connect to icmarkets I can see them into the trades menu, this also happens with the mobile version (iPhone)

I've tested with my own trading app that uses OpenAPI and I'm not getting the ProtoOAReconcileRes message.

Ok, it's a server maintenance from icmarkets… better to do it on monday instead of the weekend.

Anyone with icmarkets can see his open positions or orders? I can't believe that this is still not working. It doesn't work on web ctrader, iphone mobile or ctrader desktop (win version running into virtual box).

Can someone ask into telegram group? I can't ask because I was banned when I posted a link to my native trading App for OS-X.
