Dissappeared orders

Dissappeared orders

Hello, today I placed 2  orders to buy GBP/USD and sell EUR/GBP. They were placed and I heard that notification sound then I went to trading view to check the price. After some time I returned back to Ctrader and saw that my orders dissapeared. Both of them. No positions, no history. What is happening?

You should check execution issues with your broker.

journal

They ask me to send them journal but i cannot see it in ctrader web

The journal is available only on cTrader Desktop. However the broker can check submitted orders from their backend.
