Hi, 

I chose Web but this also applies to my access of Mac cTrader. The statement button no longer has a drop down arrow on the right side allowing you to choose a downloadable excel file. Instead, you can only click the button and it opens a blank white URL with no information. 

Please help with this if you have any helpful information.

Hi there,

This option is only available on cTrader Desktop at the moment.

Is there a way to get it in a csv or excel format ?
