freeze on XAUUSD / URGENT PLEASE

Hello my screen is totally freeze for more than one hour … I have several position running ….. it works on another  like GBPUSD …

I m on safari. 

I tried on firefox on on my android phone. The same freeze on the same  XAUUSD.

 

i refresh, clear cases and restart. Nothing.

help please I m gonna loose all …. !

Hi there,

You need to provide some more information. What do you mean when you say “my screen is totally freeze”? Can you share screenshots/videos so that we can see what happens?

A bit late but I think that the market was closed for gold because it was a bank holyday XD.
