Web Trader version doesn^t work

Web Trader version doesn^t work

Hi there

Unfortunately since 1 hour the web version doesn't work anymore. It doesn't matter which browser I use I always get a white screen.

IS that a known issue?

Do you still experience this issue? Did you try a hard refresh(Ctrl+F5)?

it still does not work @PanagiotisCharalampous , i also have the same problem. when i try vpn it works .. it may be related to a DNS or internet routing problem .. white screen since yesterday !

it still does not work @PanagiotisCharalampous , i also have the same problem. when i try vpn it works .. it may be related to a DNS or internet routing problem .. white screen since yesterday !

Mine does not work either. Any ideas when this will be resolved please?

I'm having the same issue, blank white screen since yesterday

Same problem for me as well. Since yesterday is impossible to access the web platform both via the app ctrader com and ct spotware.

If this can help: I received an update notification, i clicked and the page disappeared
