Buy limit didn't activate!

Hello Ctrader,

I set my buy limit and ensured that the ask price was below it and as the price crossed the entry line the software didn't execute my trade.

please I cannot afford this to happen it has me missing WINNING TRADES!!!!

Hi there,

Candles are drawn by bid prices, not by ask prices. You should talk to your broker for more information regarding execution issues.
